Davis Polk advised the representatives of the several underwriters in connection with an SEC-registered offering by RealPage, Inc. of 8,050,000 shares of its common stock for approximately $459 million before underwriting discounts and estimated expenses of the offering. Included in the shares are 1,050,000 shares sold by RealPage, Inc. pursuant to the full exercise of the underwriters’ over-allotment option.

RealPage, Inc. is a leading global provider of software and data analytics to the real estate industry, helping owners, managers and investors to improve operating performance and increase capital returns. The common stock is listed on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the symbol “RP.”
