(“NCLC”) of $862.5 million aggregate principal amount of its 6.000% exchangeable senior notes due 2024 (including $112.5 million aggregate principal amount of exchangeable notes issued in connection with the full exercise by the initial purchasers of their option to purchase additional exchangeable notes).
