Davis Polk is advising Lazard Asia (Hong Kong) Limited as financial adviser to the special committee of the board of directors of Mindray Medical International Limited in connection with its going-private transaction with a company beneficially owned by Mr. Li Xiting, executive chairman of the board of directors and president and co-chief executive officer; Mr. Xu Hang, chairman of the board of directors; and Mr. Cheng Minghe, co-chief executive officer and chief strategic officer. The transaction is subject to shareholder approval and other customary closing conditions.
