Davis Polk Restructuring Group co-head Marshall Huebner has been named an “Outstanding Restructuring Lawyer” by Turnarounds & Workouts. The list recognizes attorneys who handled the most significant and prominent restructuring matters of the past year.  

Huebner was recognized for his roles on matters including restructurings for Purdue Pharma, Southcross Energy Partners, Pernix Therapeutics, Neovia Logistics and Nine West. The publication also recognizes Huebner for routinely advising purchasers, companies and boards of directors in many non-public distressed matters and for providing risk management and bankruptcy advice on derivatives products and other complex transactions to major financial institutions.
