Davis Polk advised the representatives of the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering by Livent Corporation of $225 million aggregate principal amount of its 4.125% green convertible senior notes due 2025.

The company employs approximately 800 people and operates manufacturing sites in the United States, England, India, China and Argentina.
