Davis Polk advised Wise Talent Information Technology Co., Ltd (“Liepin”) in connection with its initial public offering and listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and an international offering in reliance on Rule 144A and Regulation S. The net proceeds from the offering amounted to approximately HK$2.77 billion (US$352.6 million) prior to the exercise of the over-allotment option.

Liepin is the largest online talent acquisition services platform in China. It connects business users to a network of headhunters and effectively matches them with suitable job candidates, thereby serving as the nexus of a large talent acquisition ecosystem in China.
