Davis Polk advised the initial purchasers in connection with a $300 million Regulation S only high-yield offering by Jinke Property Group Co., Ltd. of 8.375% senior notes due 2021.

Jinke Property Group Co., Ltd. is an integrated residential and commercial property developer primarily focusing on property development in Chongqing-Sichuan, middle reaches of Yangtze River, Central Henan, Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Shandong Peninsula, Beibu Gulf and Central Shaanxi regions, particularly the Chongqing Municipality, in the PRC.
