Davis Polk advised the joint book-running managers in connection with an $8.0 billion SEC-registered debt offering by Intel Corporation. The offering consisted of $1.5 billion aggregate principal amount of 3.400% senior notes due 2025, $1.0 billion aggregate principal amount of 3.750% senior notes due 2027, $1.5 billion aggregate principal amount of 3.900% senior notes due 2030, $750 million aggregate principal amount of 4.600% senior notes due 2040, $2.25 billion aggregate principal amount of 4.750% senior notes due 2050 and $1.0 billion aggregate principal amount of 4.950% senior notes due 2060.
