Davis Polk advised the manager and the global structuring agent and coordinator in connection with Intel’s SEC-registered offering in Taiwan of $640 million aggregate principal amount of 4.10% senior notes due 2047. The notes were settled in Euroclear and Clearstream and are listed on the Taipei Exchange and offered to professional institutional investors.
