Davis Polk advised the underwriters in connection with an SEC-registered offering of $1.5 billion aggregate principal amount of 3.150% fixed-rate senior debt securities, $1.5 billion aggregate principal amount of 3.950% fixed-rate senior debt securities and $1 billion aggregate principal amount of floating-rate senior debt securities of ING Groep N.V.
