Davis Polk advised the joint bookrunners in connection with the initial public offering by Hermes Pardini and the selling shareholder of 40,171,429 common shares for an aggregate amount of R$763 million (approximately $248 million). The common shares trade on the São Paulo Stock Exchange. Common shares sold in the international offering were placed under Rule 144A and Regulation S.

Hermes Pardini is the leading and fastest growing reference diagnostics laboratory in the lab-to-lab segment in Brazil, the second largest private diagnostics company in terms of clinical analysis and one of the four largest companies in the diagnostic medicine segment in terms of net service revenue.
