Davis Polk advised the several underwriters in connection with the $684.7 million initial public offering by Hayward Holdings, Inc. of 40,277,778 shares of its common stock, of which 18,077,778 shares were sold by the selling stockholders. The common stock is listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “HAYW.”

Hayward is a global designer, manufacturer and marketer of a broad portfolio of pool equipment and associated automation systems, with one of the largest installed bases of pool equipment in the world. The company’s products include a broad line of advanced IoT-enabled controls, alternate natural sanitizers, energy-efficient pumps, LED lights, heaters, automatic cleaners and filters.
