Davis Polk is advising Morgan Stanley as financial adviser to Harris Corporation in connection with its all stock merger of equals with L3 Technologies, Inc. The merger, which is expected to close in middle of 2019, is subject to customary closing conditions, including the receipt of regulatory approvals and approval by the shareholders of each company.
