Davis Polk advised the underwriters in connection with the $439 million SEC-registered offering of common stock of Grocery Outlet Holding Corp. by certain existing stockholders of Grocery Outlet. The common stock is listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol “GO.”

Grocery Outlet is a high-growth, extreme value retailer of quality, name-brand consumables and fresh products sold through a network of independently operated stores. Grocery Outlet is headquartered in Emeryville, California.
