Davis Polk advised the joint book-running managers on a $500 million SEC-registered offering by General Motors Financial Company, Inc. of 500,000 shares of its fixed-to-floating rate cumulative perpetual preferred stock, Series B.

GM Financial is a global provider of automobile financing solutions and is the wholly owned captive finance subsidiary of General Motors Company.
