Davis Polk advised the joint book-running managers on an SEC-registered offering by General Motors Financial Company, Inc. of $1.25 billion aggregate principal amount of 3.550% senior notes due 2022.

GM Financial is a global provider of automobile financing solutions and is the wholly owned captive finance subsidiary of General Motors Company.
