Davis Polk advised the underwriters in connection with the $1.59 billion SEC-registered secondary offering of 40,000,000 shares of common stock of General Motors Company, sold by the UAW Retiree Medical Benefits Trust. A portion of the shares were repurchased by General Motors Company.  

General Motors Company, along with its subsidiaries and joint venture entities, produce and sell vehicles under the Chevrolet, Cadillac, Baojun, Buick, GMC, Holden, Jiefang and Wuling brands.
