Davis Polk partner Gabe Rosenberg was quoted in American Banker discussing a draft of the crypto market structure bill released by the Senate Banking Committee.

The article noted that while the bill is still in the relatively early stages, the markup process will provide insights into the way lawmakers approach the many contentious issues in the draft.

“[The bill is] no longer an opening bid, but it’s certainly an anchor,” Gabe said. “There are lots of opportunities.”
