Davis Polk partner Gabe Rosenberg was quoted in the Financial Times discussing the draft legislation of a bill to regulate digital markets.

The article noted that the industry lobbyists are pushing to pass the bill before the midterm elections.

“There’s definitely an assumption that crypto is not going to have a friendly Congress post-midterms,” Gabe said. “This is the shot.”
