Davis Polk advised the underwriters in connection with the offering of C$500 million aggregate principal amount of 1.650% Canadian dollar bonds due 2024 issued by Export Development Canada. The net proceeds of the bonds will be used for special environmental projects.

Export Development Canada, a crown corporation of Canada, provides financing, insurance and bonding solutions to Canadian companies that export goods and services or invest in other countries. The bonds carry the full faith and credit of Canada.
