Davis Polk partner Emily Roberts was quoted in Bloomberg Law on IPO activity levels this year. “It’s certainly a dramatic drop-off in activity,” said Emily. “[Deals are] well below what we would think of as a normal year.”

The article highlighted Davis Polk as one of the top firms for advising issuers and underwriters on IPOs through Q3 of 2022. Davis Polk has advised on 11 IPOs to date in 2022, which is “better than most of the top-tier competitors,” according to Bloomberg Law.
