Davis Polk wins four awards at the 2021 China Law & Practice Awards

Davis Polk won four awards at the 2021 China Law & Practice Awards including “Firm of the Year: Capital Markets.” Partner Steve Wang was named a “Rising Star Lawyer of the Year.” The awards honor the leading firms and lawyers on China-related matters.

The firm was recognized in the following categories:

• Firm of the Year: Capital Markets
• Rising Star Lawyer of the Year (Steve Wang)
• Deals of the Year: Outbound (Tencent’s €6B Strategic Investment in Universal Music Group)
• Deals of the Year: M&A (China Biologic Products’ going-private)

The China Law & Practice Awards were presented on February 24, 2022 in Beijing.
