Davis Polk receives eight nominations at 2023 ALB Hong Kong Law Awards

Davis Polk received eight nominations for Asian Legal Business’ 2023 Hong Kong Law Awards. The awards recognize the outstanding performance of private practitioners and in-house teams in the region. In addition to multiple nominations for firm awards, several deals on which Davis Polk advised were named “Deal of the Year” finalists in their respective categories.

• Equity Market Deal of the Year - Bitdeer’s Merge with Blue Safari Group (SPAC) and the deSPAC listing on Nasdaq
• Equity Market Deal of the Year - ZJLD Group HK$5.3 billion IPO
• M&A Deal of the Year - Sirio Pharma Acquisition of a Majority stake of Best Formulations

The ALB Hong Kong Law Awards will be presented on September 15, 2023.
