Davis Polk nominated for seven ALB Hong Kong Law Awards 2022
Davis Polk received seven nominations for Asian Legal Business’ Hong Kong Law Awards 2022. The awards recognize the outstanding performance of private practitioners and in-house teams in the region. In addition to multiple nominations for firm awards, several deals on which Davis Polk advised were named “Deal of the Year” finalists in their respective categories.
The firm and its lawyers are shortlisted in the following categories:

- Deal Firm of the Year
- Equity Market Deal of the Year – HUTCHMED HK$4.17 billion IPO and primary listing
- Equity Market Deal of the Year – BeiGene RMB22.2 billion Shanghai IPO
- M&A Deal of the Year – 51job, Inc. going-private transaction
- M&A Deal of the Year – FiscalNote business combination with Duddell Street Acquisition Corp.
The ALB Hong Kong Law Awards will be presented on September 9, 2022.
