Davis Polk advised SS&C Technologies Holdings, Inc. in connection with an SEC-registered secondary offering of 8,920,890 shares of SS&C common stock by Impala Private Holdings I, LLC, an affiliate of Siris Capital Group, LLC, for an aggregate price to the public of $428.2 million.
