Davis Polk is advising Roper Technologies, Inc. in connection with its $5.35 billion acquisition of Vertafore, a portfolio company of Vista Equity and Bain Capital. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2020, subject to regulatory approval and customary closing conditions.
