Davis Polk advised eDreams ODIGEO in connection with the issuance of €435 million aggregate principal amount of senior secured notes by eDreams ODIGEO and the entry into a €117 million super senior revolving credit facility and a €30 million super senior bank guarantee facility by eDreams ODIGEO and certain of its subsidiaries. The proceeds from the financing will be used to refinance notes issued by the eDreams Group companies Geo Travel Finance S.C.A. and Geo Debt Finance S.C.A., as well as for general corporate purposes of the eDreams Group.

The eDreams Group, which includes the eDreams, GoVoyages, Opodo and Travellink brands and the metasearch engine Liligo, is a leading online travel agency with a presence in 44 markets, whose principal operations are located in France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Portugal, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and the Nordics.
