Davis Polk advised Comcast/NBCUniversal on the sale of the Weather Group, parent company of The Weather Channel television network and Local Now streaming service, from Comcast/NBCUniversal, The Blackstone Group and Bain Capital to Entertainment Studios, Inc. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
