Davis Polk advised Banco Votorantim S.A. in connection with a “Green Bond” offering of $50 million aggregate principal amount of 3.350% global medium-term notes due 2024, pursuant to Regulation S under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended. The net proceeds of the green bond will be allocated toward financing or refinancing projects or assets relating to renewable energy, specifically onshore solar or wind energy projects or assets that satisfy certain eligibility criteria pursuant to Banco Votorantim’s Green Bond Framework.
