We advised the underwriters on the IPO and NYSE listing

Davis Polk advised the representatives of the several underwriters in connection with the $519.1 million initial public offering of 15,730,000 shares of common stock of Coursera, Inc., of which 14,664,776 shares were issued and sold by Coursera and 1,065,224 shares were sold by the selling stockholders. Coursera’s common stock is listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “COUR.”

Coursera was launched in 2012 with a mission to provide universal access to world-class learning. It is now one of the largest online learning platforms in the world.
