Davis Polk advised the representatives of the underwriters in connection with an SEC-registered offering by Columbia Property Trust Operating Partnership, L.P. of $350 million aggregate principal amount of its 3.650% senior notes due 2026. The notes are guaranteed on a senior unsecured basis by the issuer’s parent, Columbia Property Trust, Inc.  

The issuer’s parent, Columbia Property Trust, Inc., is a Maryland corporation that has elected to be taxed as a real estate investment trust for federal income tax purposes. Columbia Property Trust, Inc. engages in the acquisition, ownership and development of commercial real estate properties, including properties that are under construction, are newly constructed or have operating histories.
