Davis Polk advised the joint book-running managers and representatives of the underwriters on a registered public offering by Canadian National Railway Company of $300 million aggregate principal amount of its 2.400% notes due 2020 and its $600 million aggregate principal amount of its 3.650% notes due 2048. CN offered the notes under the Multijurisdictional Disclosure System for U.S. and Canadian issuers adopted by the SEC.
