LLC as financial advisers to Bristol-Myers Squibb Company in connection with its approximately $74 billion acquisition of Celgene Corporation. The transaction, which is expected to close in the third quarter of 2019, is subject to shareholder approval and the satisfaction of customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
