Davis Polk advised the underwriters on an SEC-registered offering by BankUnited, Inc. of $300 million aggregate principal amount of 5.125% subordinated notes due 2030.

BankUnited, Inc. is the bank holding company of BankUnited, N.A., a national bank headquartered in Miami Lakes, Florida with banking centers in Florida and the New York metropolitan area.
