The investment-grade offering included multiple tranches of notes

Davis Polk advised the joint book-running managers in connection with an $18.5 billion SEC-registered debt offering by Amazon.com, Inc., consisting of $1 billion of its 0.250% notes due 2023, $2.5 billion of its 0.450% notes due 2024, $2.75 billion of its 1.000% notes due 2026, $2.25 billion of its 1.650% notes due 2028, $3 billion of its 2.100% notes due 2031, $2 billion of its 2.875% notes due 2041, $3.25 billion of its 3.100% notes due 2051 and $1.75 billion of its 3.250% notes due 2061.
