Patrick Q. Sullivan
Patrick advises U.S. and non-U.S. banks, fintechs and financial services companies on a broad range of financial regulatory and transactional matters, including chartering and other strategic applications, financial services M&A, stablecoin and digital asset regulation, private credit structures and responses to supervisory issues. He has experience advising on financial regulatory reform, including writing comment letters on rulemakings and engaging with emerging legislation and policy proposals.
Patrick also advises a broad range of public and private companies on national security issues, including economic sanctions and outbound investments and supports the firm’s practice before the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS).
