David advises companies, creditors, hedge funds, banks, direct lenders and other strategic parties on a wide range of corporate restructurings, bankruptcies and liability management transactions. His work includes prepackaged and traditional bankruptcies, out-of-court workouts and equitizations, liability management transactions, debtor-in-possession and exit financings, cross-border insolvencies, and sale transactions. 

David serves on the Leadership Council of Friends of the Children–New York.
