Davis Polk partner Martin Rogers, counsel Yuan Zheng and associate Caroline Wang authored “Asian international arbitration: China’s 2026 law reforms and developments in the jurisprudence of Hong Kong arbitration law” in Asia-Pacific Arbitration Review 2027. The article examines key contemporary issues in Asia’s evolving arbitration landscape, including amendments to arbitration law in Mainland China and developments in Hong Kong law regarding anti-suit injunctions, applications to set aside enforcement orders, interpretation of contradictory dispute resolution clauses and sufficiency of notice of arbitration.
