Mike’s practice focuses on complex commercial disputes, mass tort actions, antitrust cases and securities litigation in federal and state courts and arbitrations across the country. Sources quoted in Chambers USA say that Mike is a “phenomenal writer, incredibly responsive and effective,” and “offers exemplary legal analysis and insight.”

In his government and internal investigations practice, he represents clients in connection with allegations of corruption, fraud, market manipulation, antitrust violations and other financial crimes before a wide range of authorities, including the DOJ, SEC, FTC, Federal Reserve, state attorneys general and local prosecutors.

His representations have crossed a variety of industries, including tech, telecom, media, financial services, insurance, energy, cryptocurrency and real estate. In 2025, Mike was recognized as an American Lawyer “Litigator of the Week” for his role as trial counsel for Meta in the successful defense of FTC antitrust claims.
