We advised Zhida Technology on its IPO and HKEX listing

Davis Polk advised Shanghai Zhida Technology Development Co., Ltd. in connection with its initial public offering and listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and its international offering pursuant to Regulation S. The gross proceeds of the offering were approximately HK$400 million, without taking into account the exercise of the over-allotment option.

Founded in 2010 and headquartered in Shanghai, Zhida Technology is a global company empowering the world’s transition to electric mobility and green energy. It develops intelligent charging and home energy solutions that enable seamless communications between vehicle, home, grid and charger.

The Davis Polk corporate team included partners Li He and Jason Xu and counsel – registered foreign lawyer Kevin Zhang. Members of the Davis Polk team are based in the Hong Kong and Beijing offices.
