Davis Polk advised the underwriters in connection with Yonghe Medical Group Co., Ltd.’s initial public offering and listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and an international offering in reliance on Rule 144A and Regulation S. The gross proceeds from the offering amounted to approximately HK$1.49 billion (US$191 million) prior to the exercise of the over-allotment option.

Yonghe is the leading medical group in China specialized in providing hair-related healthcare services. Yonghe offers one-stop hair-related healthcare services covering hair transplant, medical hair care and routine hair restoration and other ancillary services.
