We advised VNET on the transaction

Davis Polk advised VNET Group, Inc. in connection with its $137.7 million private placement of its Class A ordinary shares. VNET’s American depositary shares are listed on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol “VNET.”

VNET is a leading carrier and cloud-neutral internet data center services provider in China. VNET provides hosting and related services, including IDC services, cloud services, and business VPN services to improve the reliability, security, and speed of its customers’ internet infrastructure.

The Davis Polk corporate team included partner James C. Lin, counsel - registered foreign lawyers Xin (Sheen) Xu and Xi Shi, counsel Bingqing Pan and registered foreign lawyers Rebecca Yang and Linfei Li. All members of the Davis Polk team are based in the Hong Kong office.
