We advised Venture Global LNG as borrower under the revolving credit facility

Davis Polk advised Venture Global LNG, Inc. in connection with a $3 billion revolving credit facility. The proceeds of the revolving credit facility will be used by Venture Global LNG for general corporate purposes.

Venture Global LNG is a long-term, low-cost provider of American-produced liquefied natural gas. Its three Louisiana-based export projects service the global demand for North American natural gas and support the long-term development of clean and reliable North American energy supplies.
