We advised the sales agents on the offering

Davis Polk advised the sales agents in connection with a new SEC-registered at-the-market offering program by Uranium Energy Corp. (UEC) under which UEC may issue and sell shares of its common stock for up to an aggregate amount of $600 million. UEC’s common stock is listed on NYSE American under the symbol “UEC.”

Uranium Energy Corp. is a fast growing uranium mining company. UEC is working towards fueling the global demand for carbon-free nuclear energy, a key solution to climate change and energy source for the low-carbon future.

The Davis Polk capital markets team included partner Roshni Banker Cariello and associates Walker Halstad and Eric Spiniello. The tax team included counsel Tracy L.
