Davis Polk advised Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC as sole underwriter in connection with the SEC-registered offering of 15,500,000 shares of common stock of Uranium Energy Corp., for total gross proceeds of approximately $203 million. The common stock is listed on NYSE American under the symbol “UEC.”

Uranium Energy Corp. is a fast-growing uranium mining company. It is working towards fueling the global demand for carbon-free nuclear energy, a key solution to climate change and energy source for the low-carbon future.
