Davis Polk advised the representatives of the several underwriters in connection with an SEC-registered offering by the Travelers Companies, Inc. of $750 million aggregate principal amount of its 4.950% senior notes due 2031.

Travelers is a leading provider of property casualty insurance for auto, home and business. The company has more than 30,000 employees and generated revenues of approximately $49 billion in 2025.
