Thyme Companies $125 million Series E financing
We advised Morgan Health as lead investor on the financing
Davis Polk advised JPMC Strategic Investments I Corporation (Morgan Health) in connection with its lead investment in the Series E financing round of over $125 million of Thyme Companies, Inc. The financing also included participation from Humana, CVS Health, Foresite Capital, Concord Health Partners, Frist Cressey Ventures, Town Hall Ventures and a16z Bio + Health.
Thyme is an oncology platform company, collaborating with payers and providers to transform the experience and outcomes for individuals living with cancer. Thyme partners with health plans, employers and risk-bearing providers to assume accountability for enhanced care quality, improved health outcomes and reduced total cost of care.
Morgan Health is a division of JPMorgan Chase focused on improving the quality, affordability and equity of employer sponsored health care in the United States.
