TD SYNNEX $1.31 billion secondary offering

Davis Polk advised the underwriters in connection with the $1.31 billion secondary offering of 12,075,000 shares of common stock of TD SYNNEX Corporation by certain entities managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, Inc. TD SYNNEX repurchased 500,000 shares from the underwriters in the offering. The shares are listed on the NYSE under the symbol “SNX.”
