Davis Polk advised Tailwind Capital Group, LLC in connection with its acquisition of Onix Networking Corp, a Google Cloud Partner, as part of a plan to accelerate the next phase of the company’s growth. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Tailwind Capital is a leading middle market private equity firm investing in growth-oriented companies in targeted sectors within the healthcare, business and industrial services industries.

Onix Networking Corp. is a provider of cloud IT solutions and services to government and corporate customers. It helps organizations implement and optimize cloud infrastructure, workplace cloud collaboration, enterprise search, maps, location-based services and offers custom app development.
