We advised Stewart on the offering

Davis Polk advised Stewart Information Services Corporation on its $149 million follow-on offering of 2,185,000 shares of common stock, which includes 285,000 shares from the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares. The shares of common stock are listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “STC.”
